Here’s the “before shot” of the deck.  It was a 12’ x 12’ standard deck.  The house was built in 1984, and this was the original deck, and appears to not have been treated in many years.  After putting many swings of a hammer back into the nails (and the nails responding by coming right back out), we decided it was time to get a little more forceful.
